No. Investing in the private stock market is based upon your personal income level. The private stock market’s initial investment is based on a minimum 10% or a maximum 20% of your gross income.

3. Is investing in options risky?
Investing in options first requires a financial education. Once you receive a financial education, investing in options is no different than buying stock or mutual funds. The financial education to which I am referring is investing in options to learn through partnering with other individuals and sharing in the dividends. This will allow you to leverage your investment and learn the strategies necessary for successful options necessary with a team.
4. What are options?
Options are insurance products on the stock market. There are many different types of options that are available and there are different strategies for which you will use options. The most common option trading is used for income generation. First, set your objective as with any investment. Then, through the right technical skills, all forms of options could be beneficial as long as you follow your objectives.
5. How do I know that I can trust investing with other people?
You never invest more than 10% initially when you are investing with a new group or new individuals. The 10% is in alignment with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s criteria for accredited investors. Never invest more than 10% of your gross income in a given month. If you feel uncomfortable with the group of individuals, you pull your money away.
6. Is it really true that I can retire within 10 years on 10% of my income?
This question has frequently been asked of me on several occasions. The answer is yes. In fact, you will retire within 4 years through the right legal entity focusing your returns on cash and dividends, no more than every 4 months. It is important to remember that when investing through the different asset classes, focusing your attention on passive and portfolio investments will generate the most cash on cash return. Every investor has his own strategy and also his own gross income. Make sure that you are investing based on where you are; not the person you see in front of you.
7. Where can I find cash investments?
It is necessary to become an insider. An insider is a person who gets involved in a company at the beginning or is an established company. It is easier to generate the greatest amount of wealth in the early stages when a company is created. It will cost you a lot more if you get involved in an established company from the shares you will purchase at top dollar. You may be interested in joining Entity Professionals’ group. It is a group that meets once monthly and discusses investment opportunities fitting every income situation. If not, you can seek another investment group with accredited investors or angel investors.
8. What is the average cost to get involved in an inside investor group?
While the typical cost can range from $250 - $1,500 annually, these groups remain under the radar for approximately 3 years before they become publicly recognized.
9. Can I get involved in an investment that is not in the same state in which I reside?
Yes. And, No. Yes, you can get involved in any investment opportunity within or outside your state. However, you must ask yourself, what kind of investor are you; emotionally? Not everyone can invest in something they cannot physically see on a daily basis. If you can, then I encourage you to start slowly investing outside of your local area and build your confidence year after year, developing trust for the team around you.
10. Could I invest in a million dollar project today with only $2,000?
Yes. You can get involved in any investment that is willing to accept your $2,000. My first investment in a 250-unit apartment was only $1,000; and I received annual dividends in the amount of $11,000. If you position yourself in the right way, the sky is the limit!
